All confirmed reservations would be held until 1800 hrs unless guaranteed. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 0700 hrs the following day. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled 24 hrs before the check-in date or there will be a retention charge of one night. Released non-guaranteed bookings may be accommodated subject to the availability of rooms. Bill will be closed on a weekly basis for settlement if the stay duration is more than a week.

Room rate is/are exclusive of 12% or 18% GST and any other taxes levied by the government from time to time will also be applicable and will be intimated to you at the time of arrival in the hotel.
