Cancellation and Refund policy

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellation

• Free cancellation is permitted if the booking is cancelled before 48 hours from the date of arrival. We will deduct only a cancellation fee of Rs 250/- if the booking amount is less than Rs 10,000/-. For bookings above Rs 10,000/-, a cancellation fee of Rs 500/- will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded for prepaid bookings made through our website or direct booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will attract 1-day retention charges.
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

• If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.

3. Early Check-Out

• In case of early departure or check-out before the confirmed stay period, unused room nights will be treated as non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway processing timelines.

5. General Terms

• Cancellation requests must be made through the original booking channel or directly with the property.
• Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after verification of booking details.
• The property reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy without prior notice.
